Once an RA # has been issued, you will be responsible for sending your purchased product, complete and in reasonable condition, and a copy of your original receipt to the Zume customer service department at:

When returning your product, please include the provided RA#.

Once we have received your returned product and verified that it was purchased in the last 30 days and is in reasonable condition, we will send you a reimbursement for your full purchase amount.
